The group runs competitions for websites, apps, graphic design, creative work and marketing effectiveness. Each has its own subject, its own jury and its own way of voting.

Why it works
A jury that judges
Winners join the jury. On the blind competitions a juror never sees whose work it is, and nobody judges their own.
Rules in the open
Criteria, categories and how votes are counted are published on each competition's site.
Something to show
Winners get a certificate and a badge for their site. Using a badge in advertising or on packaging is agreed separately.
